Our Chef and Staff
We started out in Santee, California, a suburb of San Diego in 1978. Don Chema Barajas with his wife, Maria, and very young family began a journey of Mexican Food excellence that continues to this day. As a Family, we have 17 locations spread out throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties, and we are proud that we are seeing a Third Generation of Taco Shop Entrepreneurs continuing with the grandsons and granddaughters of Don Chema and his wife Maria.
We make everything in house with the finest ingredients and meats, so be assured we cook and serve with you in mind. Mi Casa es Su casa is not just a saying, but a family tradition.

We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top notch!
